Before launching my coaching practice, I spent 17 years building an art consulting company from three people in a spare bedroom to a $20M+ business with 100 employees. I went from admin assistant to CEO, navigating rapid growth and evolution, private equity acquisitions, our founder’s death, and the chaos of COVID.
At 40, I walked away from my CEO role to build a business that was fully mine—and three years later, I’m proud to say I’m fucking crushing it! I love my work, my clients, and the life this business has made possible for me and my family. Coaching women is fun, fulfilling, and deeply aligned with my values of Freedom, Impact, Grit, and Growth. I get to show up 100% authentically me—loud sass, cuss words, big energy, and all!
